DRY TILL
A Dry Till is the suggested method where beverages of your choice are charged on "Consumption Basis" up to your specified limit. Depending on your requirements and budget, the limit on the Dry Till is worked out with you and is entirely up to your discretion as to what drinks are permitted to be charged on the Dry Till and the amount to be allocated.
Most clients decide to include beer, wine, soft drink, juice and sparkling wine on the Dry Till and spirits are paid separately by the individual guest. Or you may choose to have spirits available on the Dry Till.
